IYT provides structured support for families navigating complex behavioral health scenarios where added coordination or guidance is needed. While all of our youth transport and young adult transitional services incorporate therapeutic intervention techniques, we also offer full-scale, formal interventions for families seeking a more comprehensive approach. These are led by trained interventionists with specific experience in adolescent behavioral health.
Interventionists work directly with families to prepare messaging, plan communication strategies, and create a safe, structured opportunity to shift momentum. The process is collaborative and highly planned, with an emphasis on meaningful family involvement and improved engagement from the adolescent.
