THERAPEUTIC TEEN TRANSPORT
IYT’s Summit Transportation Model sets a higher standard for adolescent transport. Combining clinical oversight, ethical structure, and a supportive environment that helps teens begin treatment on the right footing. Every transport is guided by licensed clinicians and carried out by a highly trained team, many of whom bring years of experience and personal understanding to their work.
IYT goes beyond basic logistics. Our staff are trained in de-escalation, behavioral health strategies, and structured engagement. Every transport begins with a composed, credentialed team. Professionals experienced in supporting adolescents through high-stress transitions with clarity, safety, and care. We use the transport window to help clients arrive more grounded, receptive, and emotionally ready to integrate into care. With national reach and a proven track record, IYT delivers a process that’s safe, compassionate, and built for better outcomes.
FAMILY SUPPORT & PLANNING
IYT provides structured, ongoing support for families navigating the complex emotional and logistical challenges that surround adolescent treatment transitions. Services begin well before the day of transport, offering guidance on communication strategies, preparation steps, and family readiness planning, as well as a 24/7 line to talk through the process.
While the identified client remains the primary focus, families often carry the emotional burden of uncertain and high-stress circumstances. IYT hopes to reassure and help carry this weight, serving as a steady, trusted ally to both adolescents and their families, and guiding everyone involved toward the next step with clarity and care.
Upon initial contact, families receive a no-cost consultation, clinical assessment, and a strategic itinerary and quote tailored to their situation and needs. IYT provides families with structure, clarity, and the coordinated support needed to navigate complex decisions, while maintaining alignment with referring professionals and treatment providers.
From initial planning through follow-up after admission, IYT serves as a consistent, clinically aligned resource that families can rely on throughout the process, not just as a service but as an organization of individuals, from the top down, who will work with you every step of the way.
INTERVENTION, YOUTH LOCATION & RECOVERY SERVICES, CRISIS RESPONSE
IYT provides structured support for families navigating complex behavioral health scenarios where added coordination or guidance is needed. Intervention services help create stability, restore communication, and re-engage adolescents when progress toward care has stalled. Each intervention is planned and facilitated in person by professionals trained in adolescent behavioral health, with clinical oversight guiding the process.
Interventions may be integrated with transport or used independently as a step toward treatment engagement. All services are tailored to the unique needs of the client, family, and referring professionals involved.
In cases involving missing or unaccounted-for adolescents, IYT also offers Youth Location & Recovery Services. Through licensed private investigators with varied backgrounds in state and federal law enforcement, as well as nationwide logistical support, IYT assists families in identifying whereabouts and coordinating safe recovery when appropriate.
