Bobby is a licensed therapist, clinical case manager, and recovery and wellness coach who began working in the field of addiction, mental health, and wellness as a result of his own personal journey in recovery in 2015. Bobby has worked in a variety of settings and positions giving him an intimate knowledge of the treatment landscape and how to navigate it for the best possible outcomes.

Bobby takes pride in bringing a clinically informed and trauma responsive insight into the management and execution of adolescent transports, mitigating the unique challenges that arise during the transport process and allowing for the best possible outcomes for clients entering treatment.

Boone's passion for helping others, paired with his varied experience make him an invaluable source of stability throughout the uncertainty that comes with behavioral health and substance abuse crises.

Boone is intimately familiar with the Interactive Youth Transport team and knows how to navigate the individual needs of each transport to yield the best possible outcome, and successful transitions into treatment.

OUR VALUES

Trust. Compassion. Personalized care. Our transporters are exceptionally passionate about providing a therapeutic experience during the entire transportation process. They are accredited annually with multiple certifications and have had positive experiences accompanying a variety of clients with diverse needs.

Our clients have many different personalities and backgrounds, and pose unique challenges. Interactive Youth Transport consults closely with clinical therapists for training purposes; we focus on using procedures and techniques that are sensitive to our client’s current emotional state.

IYT provides a thorough background check for each of our carefully selected employees. Shortly after an inquiry, the parent or guardian will be put in contact with a Team Member that seems best fit for their individual needs. It is essential that we cultivate a strong alliance between the Team Member and the parent or guardian before proceeding.
