Boone and his team at Interactive Transport that in my case included Dominic and Katherine, helped to put my mind at ease as much as possible. They walked us through every step of the process and literally held hands and hugged us to get us through what was otherwise a traumatic event in having your daughter admitted to a rehabilitation center. At the end of the day, I couldn't have hoped for a better outcome. My daughter was transported to where she needs to be and it was done safely, securely, and efficiently. The communication from Boone and his team at Interactive Transport was exemplary, before, during, and after transport, and they provide customer service that is second to none. I can't overstate that part. "My husband and I recently engaged Interactive Youth Transport to take our son to a therapeutic boarding school. We were apprehensive about the process, as this was something completely new to us. We read horror stories online about how traumatic the transport could be, and didn't want that for our son. After interviewing about 4 other companies, we chose Interactive. We were in a difficult situation, having a hard time finding my son and extended family made it even worse. Boone from Interactive took it all in stride. He was personable, caring, and once he got a good feel for the situation helped us devise a plan, and 2 backup plans. The situation was fluid, and Boone was able to adapt and roll with it as it all played out. The day of the transport, his 2-person team changed their arrival time, coming several hours earlier than initially anticipated to accommodate us. Their communication with us was constant and clear. We arrived to pick up my son and at first he barricaded himself away. Dominic was able to read the situation, and eventually my son consented to speak with him on the phone. After 2 minutes of talking to him our son came out, spoke to Dominic for a while, and then agreed to go with them. There were a lot of tears and some anger directed toward us, but he voluntarily climbed into the car and went! Dominic sent us text updates on how my son was doing throughout the transport. The intake team told us that by the time he was dropped off our son even hugged Dominic goodbye. We cannot stress how thankful we are for Dominic, Tatiana, and Boone! They made a very stressful situation much easier and made it possible for our son to get the help he needs. We highly recommend this service if you need it for one of your loved ones!"
